  The bay kiosk would not take payment so I had to drive around to the drive through. Then drive back to my bay to wait for the food. We sat quite a while waiting. I am thankful that the employees came to check on us. After about 5 minutes later, the food was delivered to our car. We were only missing one item. Figured that out on our way home. So much for a quick dinner for the kiddo after gymnastics.

  I go to the one Robert smalls pkwy ! on a regular basis . I can get pass my order being messed up . But the fact that your employees are disrespectful is outrageous. The worker that was there this morning was very rude unprofessional and smoking on your property . All I did was ask how am I getting a refund because I ordered on the app and I noticed it was no workers in store . You guys need to do a better job at hiring employees .

  The service is below par. They take an order in the drive thru then will not take another order until that order is complete and the customer is driving away. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT going to the Sonic on Robert Smalls Parkway.
