  After driving for 6 hours, we arrived in Beaufort SC. We thought pizza, sure why not? Placed order at 9:32om and received a message our pizza delivery would arrive at 10:02. Hubby goes to lobby and waited until 10:30. I called the local store and spoke to someone who claimed she was a manager but would not give me her name. I asked why our pizza now won’t be delivered until 10:52pm. She told me because DoorDash was delivering the pizza as she had no drivers. She told me there was nothing she could do. I didn’t ask her to comp the order or to personally deliver our pizza. She proceeded to tell me why she couldn’t deliver it. I didn’t ask her to deliver it. I asked for the franchise number and she flat out told me she didn’t know who the franchisee is or how to contact them. I explained this was a horrible customer experience and she proceeded to tell me she could cancel the order. I’m still waiting for the dasher to arrive and praying my pizza isn’t cold or spit on at this point. If I weren’t so tired on a Friday night, I would have cancelled. I do not recommend this location and the manager needs some customer experience training. To tell a customer you can’t do anything… is crazy! Every excuse in the book with no accountability whatsoever. One star is too much! Update: they remade the pizza because it had been over 80 minutes and forgot to send the sodas… good lord!

  This location sucks 1 1/2 hours later no pizza no drivers DoorDash delivery. Nothing against DoorDash but Pizza Hut no drivers on a Friday night come on lame excuse

  How about I visited my daughter and we agree to order Pizza. I suggested Pizza Hut only because I have been a loyal customer for many years. I am not from Beaufort SC , but who’s to say every Pizza Hut is same. Well I can sure say this for the first time I beg to differ. We order From Pizza Hut for delivery when my pizza arrived by door dash. My pizza looked Burnt and like it had been sitting for a while. I was very disappointed. so l had my daughter drive me to the Pizza Hut that we ordered from make long story short. I let the manager know that the way this pizza looked did not make me want to eat this I have had way better and was very disappointed. The back and forth I got from spending $70 and told that the pizza maker was new and I am getting my pizza made over to make me happy. So to anyone that is a Pizza Hut lover don’t go to the one in Beaufort, South Carolina if you don’t want excuses of why your pizza is burnt looking like it’s been sitting for more than an hour.
