  Morning crew can’t seem to get drive through orders correct when there’s more than one person waiting in line.

  I had an awful experience since lastnight 5/11/26 up until today 5/12/26. I ordered the 20 piece bundle with the 2 burgers and fries and nothing was good at all, only the drink I purchased there. The nuggets were stale, the fries were hard and dark gold from being re dropped, the burgers wasn’t fresh at all everything was horrible by the looks. So I went back and told them that none of the food is fresh and from the get go whe I asked about making sure it’s fresh I was told it was, but anyways once I bought the food back they supposedly made fresh food and when I got that, the nuggets were stale again and re dropped and one fresh fries and I guess they thought they was doing something but giving us a extra fries that wasn’t any good, so I save the food until the next day and called once I got off and told them about my experience last night and that I still have the food and the manager told me to bring it back I would get fresh food, so I did and that food was still not fresh at all. The nuggets wasn’t hot and it was damn near soft like they were sitting for a while, fries still not fresh and burgers look led stale and stiff as hell.At this point I give up because PEOPLE ARE SOENDING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY FOR GARBAGE! This is very ridiculous. I been there 3 times just to still get shitty service.

  45 min wait for $13 worth of food. A person even quit right in the middle of service because the manager was swearing at children. All I can say is wow, thank god I don’t live here.

  They canceled our order AFTER they confirmed with us in drive thru. So we sat through the line to then be told the items were canceled. Pretty awful thing to do to car full of kids waiting for food. We would have ordered something else.

  Are you looking for your order to be correct or to be given decent customer service? Then don't come to this McDonald's because you won't even receive the bare minimum. We had placed an online order of 2 icecream cones and confirmed our order at the order point. We pulled up to the window and were asked to pay which confused us as we again had an online order and paid online. So we tried to re confirm our order at the window. Everyone who came to the window acted dumbfounded at the fact we placed an order for 2 icecream cones and could not find the order for the life of them. An employee (not sure if she was the manager or shift lead) then came to the window and tried to tell us we had icecream cups with fudge to which we replied no and reiterated that we had 2 plain icecream cones. Instead of making 2 icecream cones we were handed 1 plain icecream cone and 1 icecream cup with fudge (not what we ordered obviously). We repeatedly stated we just wanted 2 plain icecream cones and instead of making our order correctly, we were pushed off and given something obviously incorrect. Her attitude while speaking to us was unkind and very dismissive as though giving us our correct order was the hardest thing in the entire world. If you are working in customer service don't be upset when people expect their order to be correct. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Will not be returning for the foreseeable future.
