It’s not like it was a big order, and I’m normally not one to complain, but this has happened multiple times on multiple different occasions. I get being busy, but almost 3 hours for a sandwich, a cookie, and a drink is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Freaky fast is literally in the name, and yet I don’t think almost a 3-hour delivery time is freaky fast in my opinion. How you guys even stay open and in business is absolutely astonishing to me because the past 3 or 4 orders I’ve placed from there have SOMEHOW MANAGED TO TAKE ANYWHERE FROM AN HOUR AND A HALF TO TWO! What makes it even worse is almost 100% of the time when I get the food it’s either cold, the orders wrong or the bread tastes stale.
