  My daughter ordered the blizzard that is supposed to have the fudge center but they blended the fudge in and so it was too thick and not very good. I told them they messed it up and she didn’t like it but they just fought with me and didn’t offer to redo it or anything. Terrible service.

  This is the absolute cleanist DQ in the USA. Warm friendly staff. Always delited to see you. The fish sandwich is outstanding. I love eating here.

  We ordered at the Drive Up, one small butterfinger blizzard and a Small twist with Chocolate Sprinkles, no total was given we were told to pull up. They charged us 17.89$ for a twist with rainbow sprinkles, a small M&M blizzard and a Small Butterfinger, when we explained we did not order the M&M blizzard and the twist was incorrect, the response was well I already made it. We asked for the correct twist and was then told they did not have Chocolate sprinkles. They gave attitude when we asked for a refund on the items we did not order and they gave the receipt and shut the drive up door. No apologies or any communication whatsoever. I will not go to this DQ, I'll go to Sonic next door better quality and less expensive.

  Usually not a bad spot but they gave me a Diet Coke instead of regular. They said I ordered diet which I’ve never ordered diet in my life. After saying they’d correct it, they simply placed it off to the side for a second then handed it back to me.

  Went in there to use a mobile app reward for a free blizzard. I hadn’t ordered ahead and the drive-through was dead, so I just figured I would go through it. The woman at the counter refused to scan my mobile reward even though the app provided a scan code for the reward. She said they only do mobile order rewards. I then asked if I could cancel this and do a mobile order and she told me no, so I paid for my blizzard. I wasn’t given a receipt, and the window was shut on me before I could ask for one.
