- WBWill BrewerMay 10, 20263.0The food was okay but the service was terrible. The young lady made us feel unwelcome and annoyed that we were there making her do her job. Probably wont be back.
- WDWade DabbsMay 3, 20262.0I have never had an issue at a Chipotle until I moved to Beaufort. I have had issues with stale chips, messed up orders, tearing my tortilla while they're rolling the burrito and giving me attitude for asking for it to be corrected , and all sorts of issues. Having a half sized burrito door dashed to me, having to drive up there to have my order corrected and then having the staff blame me/my order as to why they messed up my burrito blew my mind. Beaufort is a hard town to find good help, but scooping ingredients into a tortilla and rolling it up is a pretty low bar.

I also found a veggie in my fresh salsa that looked to be rotten. Also this is way less than I got before from this location. I haven’t ordered since January.
- WMWendy MillerApr 19, 20261.0The food was okay but the workers do NOT listen after my sister went in again to get two more quesadillas, she asked them to put the two quesadillas in one box with no side the proceed to give her two kids meals and three quesadillas, when she SPECIFICALLY asked for two in one box and charged her for all three, which was $20 which might not seem like a lot but for people in this economy is a lot to spend on food we didn't need
