- ABAlpha Balde3 days ago1.0This was my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings and I will have to so it was a AWFUL experience! The hostess acted like we were bothering her(HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS). We barely had any contact with our waitress. We had to ask her for everything, like she didn't care. On top of that, they didn't bring my husband's appetizers after our whole meal, we asked about them several times. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE!!!!

WardenApr 27, 20261.0A business associate and myself came in on a Monday for lunch, the manager (I believe he was the manager) is yelling at customers in line waiting to be seated that it was Monday and they aren't typically busy on a Mondays so they can't take any more customers at this time because they don't have enough staff. We counted 18 people in the entire restaurant. So we decided to go somewhere else. As we were walking out we heard him say that people need to call ahead so they can be prepared. I am an active BWW app memeber and a weekly customer in Tennessee. I have never experienced anything like this anywhere else in the US at a BWW. My experiences with BWW is always been positive, until now. Totally unprofessional.

Bar normally has open seats and the wait to be seated has never been more than 5 min for my family. If you visit during Marine graduation or after church, expect a longer wait as every restaurant has. Great servers, amazing bartender, good management. Always recommend. 5 of 5 for the staff. 4 of 5 for food. You get what you pay for.
