My husband and I visited this location on the evening of June 23, 2026, around 6:45 p.m. and chose to dine inside. Unfortunately, from the moment we walked in, the experience was disappointing.
We stood at the counter for approximately 2–3 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. During that time, several male employees, along with who appeared to be the manager (based on his different attire), were gathered in the back left corner of the restaurant laughing, dancing, and carrying on loudly while both the dining room and drive-thru were backed up. Even more concerning was the amount of foul language being used in front of customers. Meanwhile, the young women working were the only employees who seemed focused on serving customers and keeping the restaurant running.
After waiting roughly 20 minutes for our order, the food was unacceptable. The hot dog buns were cold, the hot dogs themselves were cold, and the tater tots and fries were cold, greasy, and inedible. After one bite, I threw the sides away because they simply weren't worth eating.
What bothered me most was seeing employees acting as though they were at a party instead of at work while customers waited for service and received poor-quality food. If I had been able to find the franchise owner's phone number while I was there, I would have called immediately so they could have witnessed the unprofessional behavior firsthand.
Overall, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences we've had in quite some time. Between the lack of professionalism, inappropriate language, long wait, and poor food quality, this location has lost our business. We will not be returning.
