  On my last visit, I observed a worker getting in and out of a customer’s car while behind them in the drive thru then go in and continue to work. I also observed multiple workers on their phones inside. Also, we weren’t asked if we would like a receipt and then it was a challenge to flag someone down and then get the receipt printed.

  Not sure what they use, but the quality of the beef was terrible. The parking spots are small for a truck. The machine wouldn't read the credit card either. Overall it just wasn't very good. The sandwich was so bad that we skipped getting a shake!

  Ordered a supersonic breakfast burrito meal with coffee and they handed out the coffee out in a soda cup and lid and did not give a straw to dring so I would have to drink the HOT coffee with the lid off while driving. This is really unacceptable the thing is I was at this same Sonic a few weeks ago and ordered the same thing and the coffee came the same way. The solution is GET SOME COFFEE CUPS AND LIDS!!!
