  This is my second visit at this location. Lady at the window was nice and professional but the sandwich was not fresh, definitely had been sitting for a while. Biggest complaint, they ask for a tip at the drive through???

  Every time we have stopped here the order is always wrong, and the employees are always impatient and rude. After placing one order, the person taking our order said a rude and sarcastic comment about us before she turned off her microphone. Every experience has been completely unprofessional and disappointing.

  First opening day they were so nice but damn days after they hired some rude people never going again rather drive to Lexington to get my coffee.

  Fell on its face after it's opening week. Drinks aren't good, burnt coffee, either too much or not enough, cannot follow an order. Served ice cold, concrete hardness sweet pepper bacon that clearly wasn't fresh and busyness could not be the excuse, because the place was dead. Service is hit and miss at best, Depending on who is working at the counter/drive thru The Drive thru at this location is empty in the morning and that should tell you something, because a good Dunkin, like the one in Aiken, is packed in the morning. Like most good things in this town, businesses struggle to find good employees/management and provide decent service. I wonder if this place will find the same fate as Burger King.

  I've had a few bad experiences with this location. The general manager here is terrible. I spoke to some team members and they confirmed everything I said about my experience with her. Clearly the need to find a new manager. Based on the other reviews on here, there will have to be some changes or this location won't last long.
