  Fell on its face after it's opening week. Drinks aren't good, burnt coffee, either too much or not enough, cannot follow an order. Served ice cold, concrete hardness sweet pepper bacon that clearly wasn't fresh and busyness could not be the excuse, because the place was dead. Service is hit and miss at best, Depending on who is working at the counter/drive thru The Drive thru at this location is empty in the morning and that should tell you something, because a good Dunkin, like the one in Aiken, is packed in the morning. Like most good things in this town, businesses struggle to find good employees/management and provide decent service. I wonder if this place will find the same fate as Burger King.

  I've had a few bad experiences with this location. The general manager here is terrible. I spoke to some team members and they confirmed everything I said about my experience with her. Clearly the need to find a new manager. Based on the other reviews on here, there will have to be some changes or this location won't last long.

  I’ve been a regular customer at Dunkin’ for a long time, usually coming in for coffee. Recently, I’ve had to cut back on my coffee intake, but I still make an effort to support my local store by stopping in every other day to order two large ice waters, which have always been around $0.55. Unfortunately, my experience today was very disappointing. When I placed my usual order, Brittany questioned whether I was purchasing anything else. After I said no, she proceeded to charge me for bottled water instead. When I politely confronted her about it, she became very rude. As someone who consistently supports this location, I didn’t expect to be treated this way. Customer service should be respectful and consistent, especially for regular customers. This interaction has definitely changed how I feel about coming back.

  This was bad service because I ordered donuts and when I got home there was a bug in there and I will never go back there to buy nothing from them again.😡😡😡😡

  A $5 hot coffee drink should never come out lukewarm. I had already pulled out of the parking lot by the time I took a sip and didnt have the time to go back to ask them to remake it. Waste of money, waste of time.
