- DRDanielle ReidMay 4, 20263.0Food is cold majority of the time. Employees hardly want to assist anyone inside. Had several employees be extremely rude, and management never seems to want to do anything. They get your order wrong half of the time. Chicken nuggets are hard as a brick bag half the time. My little boy literally cracked a tooth trying to eat one recently because he didnt know it was hard. I will say they are always a clean place even the playground, and that they have a pretty decent indoor playground for the kiddos. Also they do have a few really awesome employees.

That is unacceptable and should be addressed. I had to go to the register a second time and ask for condiments which the cashier failed to give me the first time and the cashier peeked around the corner and seen me and did not attempt to come see what I needed. This is poor customer service!!!
