  Used to be managed better, but the quality of customer service has degraded as rapidly as the quality of their produce. After over 20 years of great customer service, we experienced three incidents of rude staff on one day. Called to report to the manager (and verified that he was a manager and that we had the right store). Despite us calling same-day, providing one associate's name tag, and (upon request) descriptions of other associates (who were there 20 minutes ago!), the manager denied any of them worked there. Seemed unreceptive to suggestion that associates may need some training on customer service. Beyond that, produce and stock has been poor lately, but I understand that is more of a supply-chain issue. Very disappointed.

  Our cashier Faye was incredibly kind and helpful, she greatly improved my shopping experience here. She deserves recognition for her amazing customer service!!!
