  1st - receipt mentions a survey, but there's NO LINK, NO WEBSITE ADDRESS, NO QR code for one on the receipt (QR code for Subway app only). 2nd - Ordered 12" meatball sub per the standard description which should be straightforward but they didn't have provolone cheese... Which I agreed to switch out for Mozzarella. Here's the catch... While the owner was making the sandwich, the metal lid prevents you from seeing what they're doing and when I got home my wife's meatball sub had cheddar cheese on it instead = very gross for her! 3rd - very skimpy portions of meat on both sandwiches (meatball & Philly) ... Not sure how many meatballs are supposed to be on a footlong, but she was able to push them down to one end and tear off 3-4 inches of bread if the 12" sub. >> Staff seemed friendly, and they actually took the coupon which hasn't happened for several years of visits on my my end. May give them another shot.

  Ordered online…when I got home my footlong meatball sub had 4 meatballs on it. I know I ordered but one get one free, but that is not what I expected! Very disappointed!

  Horrible experience every single time I go in there. They are friendly, but the fact that I pay for double meat and don’t get any extra meat of any kind. He puts very little veggies - every sandwich is like eating bread only. I went to another subway location today and found out that my subway rewards I had $2 off and TWO FREE footlongs on my rewards. He has never mentioned my rewards ever. Taking my money for extra meat and not giving me any extra meat and then not letting me take advantage of my rewards that I EARN for spending so much money at subway!!!!! This is absolute thievery!!!! Will never ever go to this location again- I would rather drive 30 mins across town than go here! Horrendous!

  This review is specifically for this last visit at the hwy 24 location (in food lion parking lot). They actually had a nice girl worker today (had tattoos) & I enjoyed it . The food was actually made correctly (like I asked lol) & I didn't feel like I was aggravating her but just being in the place. The owner guy is nice but he wasn't there this time. Now the last 2 times I went there was another girl that was completely RUDE & I almost didn't even go back but decided to try once more in case she wasn't there & I'm glad I did. I don't know any of their names but I'm going to find out if I ever go there again. I only went because my mother lives near there & LOVES subway lol. If not for that I would never visit this particular location. The food was really good this trip. The bread was soggy & I actually got enough meat on this one. I knew the other girl wasn't giving me a full portion of meat because the tattoo girl told me what is supposed to be on a sandwich (6in) & the other girl previously had given me half that amount. It didn't even cover the bread! I didn't realize it until I got home though because they have that metal lid that prevents you from seeing what they're doing! I REALLY don't like that thing!!! I tried to give a FAIR review based on this experience & not let past ones influence it. Hope this helps. I know it was long lol. Thanks:)

  Nice guy but online orders get one piece of each meat lol 😆 gas station bags to carry it out so expect a squished sandwich that bag is pointless...you can do better bro 😉
