Went 3 times in about a week, front door was filthy, the staff was dressed sloppy and had the same aura about them. The place was filthy and disgusting, including the front counter, register, payment pad and all. Visible water puddles in the kitchen and scum everywhere On one of the days there was even water leaking from the ceiling right next to the buffet. The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages and no one seemed to care at all. Last time I went in, it was so disgusting it looked like a Petrie dish. I ended up throwing the pizza away because it was gross and didn't taste safe to eat. Made a complaint on the website and received no follow up. Too bad because it's the most convenient place to get a pie, but too unhealthy to risk it.

I just want to say to the reviews complaining about toddlers running around and such. This woman does the absolute best she can with what she has..she’s very professional, cares about the store and those customers more than anyone I know. If anything those kids bring joy to the atmosphere and keep the place buzzing! So keep doing what you’re doing. The place is very clean, the employees are treated fairly and are appreciated for the work they do. If you ask me, the store manager deserves a raise for all of the effort she puts in on a daily basis!

My visit was a mixed bag. The staff was great and tried very hard to help us and the other group in the store. I think they are just under staffed. Plus I think family members were hanging out in a different section. I don't want to get people in trouble, it just creates a different atmosphere than I was looking for. It was nice to find a sit down Pizza Hut in Anderson. I hope they figure out the few issues they may have and become a home town favorite.
