There were a lot of positives regarding our visit here! Our server Caylunn C was absolutely outstanding. Our group of 4 seniors at 1:30pm had plenty of questions and request which she answered and followed through with in a courteous and professional manner. Her timing was very good and she was very pleasant. Our meals were all cooked to order with just a few hiccups. The soup was barely luke-warm but very flavorful. Our blooming onion was very greasy but tasty. The bread flowed freely and our beverages never reached the bottom of our cups/glasses. Kudos again to Caylunn, our server. The salads were fresh and the steaks, burger, and chicken were cooked to perfection like they were being served to the president. Not to be outdone, the cheesecake that followed was creamy and oh so tasty! Plenty of free parking and the cleanliness level was at the top. It was easy to converse without competition from the many tv's and the piped in music was distinctive but not overly loud. Over-all, a very good dining experience was had by the four of us.

We have had a bad experience with this Outback previously and have not returned for many years. We were in town today and decided to place a pick up order and give them another chance to see if things had gotten better. I placed an order for pick up for chili, a chopped salad, a steak salad and a Thunder from Down Under for dessert. When I returned to my hotel room not even 5 minutes away the chili and brownie were both was refrigerator cold. in fact the brownie was hard. I don’t know about anyone else, but I expect chili to be hot (they could have at least microwaved it for a minute prior to giving it to me) and I like my brownie heated before I put cold ice cream on it. Outback, you should be ashamed. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I’ve learned my lesson.

Came in for my boyfriend’s birthday. Service was slow. I ordered the salad with blue cheese but it just a bunch of soggy head of lettuce. The steak was flavorless. Now the appetizer was great; onion petals and fries.

This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had and the root of the problem is unmistakably management.
Kyndle should not be in a customer-facing role, let alone a management position. Her behavior was shockingly unprofessional. Openly rude, dismissive, and confrontational for no reason. Instead of resolving issues or creating a welcoming environment, she escalated tension and treated customers with outright hostility. It is genuinely baffling that someone who conducts themselves this way is trusted to represent the business.
Veronica followed suit, contributing to an atmosphere that felt hostile, disorganized, and deeply uncomfortable. At no point did it feel like customers were valued or even respected. The tone set by management clearly trickles down, and it shows in every aspect of the service.
As someone who has worked in the service industry, I cannot overstate how unacceptable this is. This isn’t just “bad service” this is a complete breakdown in professionalism, leadership, and basic human decency. No guest should ever be spoken to or treated the way we were.
The food and atmosphere were completely overshadowed by the behavior of the staff, particularly management. Nothing about this experience was redeemable.
To be completely honest, until there is a serious change. Starting with Kyndle being removed from her position........I would strongly advise people to stay far away. If you walk in and see her name on a name tag, turn around and leave. It will save you the frustration.
