Waited 45 minutes for our food for them to come over and tell us there's no more prime rib we have to order something else. Ask for the manager she didn't seem to concerned on what we had to say to please her customer s. She basically said oh well.

When I travel and am looking for a pleasant restaurant with well-prepared food, I don't hesitate to choose Outback. However, I was disappointed today when I was served cold chicken; what really let me down, though, was the service—there were mistakes with the order, and the server never came by to check if the food was good in time to fix the issues.

There were 6 (3 adults, 3 children) of us. Had to wait a few minutes but that's normal on a Saturday night. Blooming onion was medium warm, which made it really greasy. My 9 oz filet was tough, top was charred so much it was difficult to cut. Ordered the Alice chicken minus the mushrooms. It came loaded with mushrooms. They brought us another one. We were promised another loaf of bread that we never got. Water glasses were empty several times. Children's chicken tenders were cold but the FF were warm. This is by far my worst experience ever at an outback. Some will ask why didn't you complain. I hate to complain because management thinks you just want to get out of paying. Maybe they were having a bad night.

When it comes to the food the Outback has changed quite a bit. What used to be Jenner's portions are now very tiny and very little quality. I ordered the filet mignon with lobster tail. The lobster tail was about the size of a large shrimp. Overcooked and dried out. They charged almost $17 to add on a tiny dried out lobster tail. The food was just sadly disappointing. Our server was absolutely wonderful. The floors in the bathroom and in the restaurant were greasy and slippery. Definitely not the high quality that they used to have. We won't be back

Went to Outback with my nephew for dinner and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Our server, Kane, was exceptional — very friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely made the evening better. He never rushed us, giving plenty of time to enjoy our appetizer before taking our dinner order. When we couldn’t decide on just one appetizer, he suggested the sampler platter, and it was absolutely the right call. For our entrées, we both ordered the 15oz Delmonico, and I added a lobster tail to mine. The steaks were cooked to a perfect medium rare and seasoned exactly right — just needed a few grinds of salt and pepper, and certainly no need to drown that great seasoning in steak sauce. The lobster tail was sweet, tender, and succulent. Throughout the meal, Kane struck the perfect balance: attentive without hovering, friendly without being intrusive, and a great conversationalist who made us feel genuinely welcomed. His service was superb and absolutely elevated the entire dining experience. Highly recommend asking for Kane if you want an outstanding dining experience.
