  Do not go thru the drive thru. You will be sent to the parking lot to wait 20 or more mins. Afer that your order is all wrong or missing items. The workers are lazy and not doing their jobs!

  literally ordered two drinks on the app ahead of time, it took forever to receive them, after several people in line behind us received food first. just extremely slow and irritating, every time i come to this location i’m reminded why i don’t go to this location.

  So this happened today and I went in side and ordered right and I waited but not long but they screamed my number but their supposed to come to you and give it to you but I had to go get it and I looked in the bag and everything was there except the drink so I go up there and they looked at me and walked off and that’s when I was about to tell the manger but then one girl came to me and I told her I need a cup and she gave me one and walked off. So I went to go fill up my drink and then once I sat down her two kids come running out the playground and screaming and the mom / worker didn’t say anything so I just got up and left so y’all do not go to this McDonald’s.

  Worst customer service ever. Nasty attitudes the whole time. Was not greeted and lady who took my order had a nasty look on her face the whole time. Asked for a plain ice cream in a cone, proceeded to give me in a cup- said this is not what I asked the lady then took the cup of ice cream and put a cone inside to make it better. Told the lady if she can just remake it because that is not what I asked for, simply wanted an ice cream in a cone- I guess to them it was such a big deal that they all gave me attitude and one of the workers took the cup and slammed it in the trash can. after 3 times of telling them I finally got what I wanted but omg, worst service ever. This location needs new staff who is actually kind to the customers. Wait time was also so long for no reason. Never going back.

I said for the 3rd time this is not what I asked and if they can just remake it. I guess it was such a big issue to them that they all gave me attitude and the lady took the ice cream and slammed it in the trash can. I don’t understand what was so hard of getting a plain ice cream in a cone, it’s not that hard but I guess to them it was a big deal. Never again will I be going there.
