- CBCesar BoschSep 19, 20262.0I ordered my food(two double bacon cheeseburgers)at around 6pm on the app, got there at around 6:25pm and did not get my food until around 7:40pm.i was pretty upset about how long I had to wait and so we're many of the other customers, some of which gave up and left. And after waiting all that time they messed up my order pretty badly, forgot the bacon and grilled onions which made me very unhappy but I just sucked it up because I did not want to wait another 2 hours for them to fix it. I do not recommend this location if it is busy, they dont seem to handle rushes very well. Either that or order WELL in advance.

BTW, it was an online order and was complete when I arrived with the exception of boxing up the single order of med fries and adding it to the bag. Seemed to be a battle of "I'm doing something else, he/she can take care of that guy because I'm busy" between the 3 employees.

The one that took the order was very kind and helpful and did not feel like he was rushing us while we were given our order. The food was delicious and very filling and the prices were very reasonable, actually cheaper than most of the chain places we ate at last 3 months. The professionalism of the guys was phenomal, usually when you have co-workers in the same age range for cutting up playing joking around none of the employees work they were all working hard. And I think there's one other table in there that had already got their food and a couple that came in behind us and this was at 9:00 at night. They were really hard workers

Not staffed with proper staff. No training for food handling. Not one certificate for training in display for public viewing. Not worth 20.75 for cold floppy fries. Sad to say go somewhere else.
