Rude way more than they’re nice… clothing always nasty. One looks like he always has animal hair all over him…. I’ve had enough.. guess I’ll have to do without Dunkin or drive across town.. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if this place gets closed down.. they truly don’t deserve anyone’s hard earned money..
- AAAshhhyJun 15, 20261.0Lady Older white lady couldn’t get the names of the employees and they didn’t have any name tag on) in the drive-through messed up my order when I ordered a blueberry iced Matcha with blueberry syrup & got one of the blueberry refresher drinks she told me to pull forward, but only had the blueberry refresher rang up. I got to the window and she asked me what my other drink was and I said iced Matcha with blueberry syrup I pay she handed me the drinks and she handed me a Matcha with lemonade and blueberry syrup. While she’s trying to hand it to me, I asked her does it not come with milk in the blueberry Matcha and she says not all the time and I said well I wanted the regular match that comes with milk in it. She walks away and a older black lady comes to the window with short hair and tells me that’s what I ordered and I should’ve said something when the order was on the screen and then I told her my order wasn’t on the screen I had to tell her at the window. And she tells me no your order was on the window and that I’m gonna have to pull forward if I want it redone and does never apologize or anything and slams the window with that nasty attitude then the original lady who took my order the first time bring my drink and apologize that it was wrong and I told her the black lady was very disrespectful and rude to me because she’s the one who messed up my drink and I asked her what her name was for my review and she’d refused to tell me her name and Ignore ignored me and walked back inside. That was the last time I ever be back to that location, the black lady with the short hair had a real nasty attitude and never apologized Also, how are you working at Dunkin’ Donuts and don’t know that the iced Matcha comes with milk and get mad at the customer when you have to fix it.
