- AMAmanda Mattison1 day ago1.0Terrible customer service would not give more than 3 creamers!!!! For a regular coffee I have never had this issue at any Duncan. Could not ring up anymore creamer and they could not charge for more than 3 either didn’t know how??!!! And why does Duncan not have real raw sugar at this point in 2026!! Ultra processed white sugar in 2026. Unbelievable. If a manager sees this please respond id love to talk

The kiosk is not handicap accessible and if you have short arms or are short then you can’t reach it. Aside from that due to the kiosk it seems that no one wants to listen to you. I was waiting on my order and an older person was picking up and asked several times for a drink carrier and was completely ignore by staff. And then when they finally heard him they told him they were busy. They got him the carrier but it was just tossed at him. Then when I picked up my order I was short changed a coffee roll. Which isn’t that cheap. So I had to yell over the counter to be heard. They did get the missing roll but it wasn’t a pleasant experience. I’ll go to the other dunkin in town instead

Several employees walked right past us to retrieve donuts for people in the case next to the register. Finally an employee rudely told us there will be no one at the counter and we had to go out to order through the drive thru. We proceeded to do so reluctantly. We order a medium coffee, small hot chocolate and hash browns. They totally forgot to give us our hash browns. So if your looking for a friendly, welcoming environment, this is not the Dunkin you want to visit.

Rude way more than they’re nice… clothing always nasty. One looks like he always has animal hair all over him…. I’ve had enough.. guess I’ll have to do without Dunkin or drive across town.. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if this place gets closed down.. they truly don’t deserve anyone’s hard earned money..
