- SDSara DyarMay 9, 20261.0The male manager on shift on May 8th was so rude to all of the employees and was yelling at them in front of paying customers. He also would not let them accommodate my drink order. The other employees were great though!
- CMChristina MorganMay 9, 20261.0The women working this morning was absolutely rude for no reason.I had placed a mobil order and pulled up to Dunkin and walked in. After standing there for 10 min and no one greeting our asking what I was picking up I then looked at my oder and saw I placed it for drive thru instead of walk in, MINOR MISTAKE. I then walked up and said I accidentally placed a drive thru order when I meant walk in. She stated "next time if you go through drive thru you need to go through drive thru. We have signs posted everywhere." She then walked over and grabbed my drink that was already made, took 3 sec out of her day and then proceeded to mumble under her breath loud enough for me to hear "How does someone not know the difference between walk in and drive thru". Not worth the visit if they hate their job and anything that has to do with people. She is not meant to work there.

You’re waiting 30 minutes on coffee when the line is already long but there is only 3 workers there during a rush hours . This place is trash it’s ridiculous. Please go to Star bucks you’ll thank me later !
