- JOJimmy O.1 day ago1.0When I asked for help placing an order because the kiosk was malfunctioning, the employee refused to assist me and insisted they would not take my order. This was unacceptable and extremely disappointing, especially as a loyal customer. This is the only location where I’ve experienced this kind of treatment, and I expected much better customer service.

What I got was ice in a cup with two shots of espresso no sugar no milk no cold foam, when I asked about the cold phone they told me no, little do they know I've ordered this drink a thousand times from different dunkin' donuts and they've never had a problem with it. If you ask me the place needs to be under New Management because the management there is not doing their job.
