- EFeva finlanSep 7, 20261.0After 20 minutes in line behind only 4 cars trying to get a cup of coffee we finally got to the window. We were asked to pull up to the 2nd window. Twice an employee came to the window and asked what we had ordered. When we finally got the coffee it was cold! They offered to brew another pot but by this time it had been half an hour and we were late for where we were going. At that point we asked for a refund because we could not wait any longer. The employee took her time about and had a very nasty attitude when handing the credit card and receipt back.
- KKKAug 7, 20261.0I placed a mobile order, when I arrived I was told they were out of munchkins (which was the primary order). I told her to cancel my order and canceled my order on the app. When I got home I noticed I was charged for this order. For the past 10 days I have been contacting Dunkin various ways to get my money back. Constantly being told someone would get in touch with me to resolve this issue. I never received any contact. TODAY I was told that their District Manager sent me an email. Amazingly this said email never made it to my inbox. I don't think I'll ever get my refund so take my advice and drive a few miles down the road to Krispy Kreme. If you have an issue with Dunkin it won't be resolved.
