  Every time I stop in I'm met with good service. I love the presentation and quality of the food. Also everything is pretty well priced!

  I've never eaten at Doolittle's before, but I'm now a returning customer. The food is great and the staff are awesome! I'm hoping to try more things on the menu soon.

  There was hardly anyone in the restaurant on a Friday evening and there was five in our party. They put two tables together and had us face the wall. I ordered the chicken Alfredo but asked if I could just get the fettuccine and broccoli. The waitress said yes but offered to serve the chicken on the side in case I didn’t like it. The meal came and there were raw red onions served over top of the fettuccine. I never heard of onion being served raw on pasta. I cannot eat raw onion but decided to try and pick them out, however they were stuck in the cheese. I didn’t care for the blackened chicken so only ate a few of the noodles. No bread was served with the meal. I said something to to waitress about the onions-they were not listed in the menu-but she didn’t seem to care. I also told her I didn’t like the chicken and didn’t eat it. I only ordered it on her recommendation. I asked her if she took it off the bill and she said no and obviously didn’t care if the customer was satisfied. Normally a waitress will apologize and ask if they can bring you something else or since the meal was not eaten take it off the bill. She did neither. Will never eat there again!

  We were visiting Anderson for the week and was trying out some of the local places. This was very good. The best part is they are pet friendly on the patio. Service was great!! Food was delicious!! Our server Amanda made our puppies day. We had ordered her a burger and Amanda added sweet potatoe fries. Gracie loved them!! Definitely will be back!!

  I placed a To-Go order for an office of 12 via their online website for some customers. When I picked it up, I saw 3 bags and asked multiple times if this was the entire order? I was assured that it was triple checked so I left & drove 20 minutes to the office. While unpacking the bags, I noticed that I was missing several items. I called the restaurant to let them know that I was missing multiple items, 1/2 the order actually. They assured me that the order was triple checked. I went down the list & I was missing 5 orders. After going through the missed orders, they finally acknowledged that only 1/2 my order printed out in the kitchen but they would get it ready ASAP. I drove back to pick up the 5 missing orders. They apologized about the printer only printing 1/2 the order. I wasted 40 minutes driving & $234 because of their mistake. They did offer a dessert for my troubles so I obliged. I asked for the manager or owner’s to call me. Never heard anything. I even went on their website & asked for the manager or owner’s to call me because this was Unacceptable! Crickets. I will never order food from there again and my office said they would never order from there again. Poor attention to details & so so customer service!! They cost me money & the lack of time with my customers cost me money. I gave them ample time to call me. Nothing. Personal experiences like this being voiced around town is a Tricky Thing!
