  Awful. Will never go back. Ordered 3 meals and NONE were correct, none of the sauce/salsa on either bowl. Chips were rubber so stale and coated in salt. All salsa Ordered left off too. Dont know how anyone would think this place has decent food. Will never go back.

  I came in around 2 PM today and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. The customer service was awful. The two guys working seemed to rush me through my order, and it felt like I barely had time to say what I wanted before they were already moving on. The portions were also extremely disappointing. I received what looked like half scoops of the sauces and toppings I asked for, and I’m genuinely confused as to how a small protein cup can hold more chicken than the amount I received from the serving spoon in my bowl. For the price, I expect reasonable and consistent portions. I’ve been to several other Chipotle locations and have never had this issue, so the difference in both service and portion sizes at this location was very noticeable. I also don’t need a response telling me to contact Chipotle through the corporate website. I’m leaving this review specifically because this appears to be an issue with how this particular location is being managed and operated. This is something the management or ownership of this location needs to address with their staff rather than simply redirecting customers to corporate. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I probably will not return to this location.

  Ordered online. Label printer must be low on ink or something. Barely anything on the label so I received the wrong order. Didn’t know until I got home 45 minutes later. AI bot on the app only gives a month long coupon to replace order. Again closest store is 45 minutes away so I don’t go that often. Could be a very honest mistake but if the bags were on the shelf like it says it would be on the app it could avoid getting the wrong order. Sorry to Emily who’s order I did receive

  This was basically my first visit, to this particular Chipotle restaurant. And I gotta say, it was a very good experience! The cashier was kind and respectful, and my food was prepared right in front of my face. And the first bite, was a bite I will always remember!! Bon appetit!!🍽️

  GO TO QDOBA! I am not one to leave a review. I think I have left 2 reviews maybe 3 in my life. This place was filthy!! All tables were dirty, trash was over flowing, no trays because they were all dirty next to the trash can floors were disgusting. The first employee that saw us at counter looked at us and walked away. Didn’t even greet us or say he will be right with us. Just walked away. The 2nd gentleman that saw us was so kind and apologized and jumped right up to help us. None of the other employees had any sense of urgency and looked miserable. Based on the other reviews I just read corporate needs to be doing some walk throughs and providing additional training. I don’t know why I stayed, I should’ve turned around from the jump. Also $38 for two bowls and 2 drinks???
