  Went to get chipotle for the last time in Anderson SC. There was no food , no options , and the employee's were just as frustrated as I was. When I asked them what the problem was and why there was no food , the employee stated the restaurant was cursed. Don't even know what to say about that . Y'all might as well shut this restaurant down. You can't get any food or service. Numerous customers walked out .

  For some reason the service has been terrible the last several months. At my latest visit they were out of several ingredients, the dining room was a mess, trash overflowing. One of the workers argued with my friend about what she was allowed to get and got an attitude after the manager corrected her. When I ordered my tacos I was told there was no more cheese, after we paid and I started to walk away they brought out more cheese. The quesadilla my friend ordered had not been heated at all. I’m not sure what the problem is but it’s been a very unpleasant experience lately and we’ll be going to the location in Clemson for now.

  I understand this is fast food and expectations should be realistic, BUT this place was really so bad I have no idea how they are still in business. First there was nothing fast about the experience. It was 4pm, so well after the lunch crowd but also ahead of the dinner crowd. There was only one family of 3 ahead of us, yet it took almost a half hour before getting our to-go order. There were 4 people behind the counter, but only 1 was making the food and another waiting at the cash register. I'm not sure what the other two were doing. Only my son was ordering and he requested a chicken bowl only to be told, "no chicken," by the one worker who was clearly regretting her life's choices based on her facial expressions and body language. Now let's talk about the condition of the restaurant. Chipotle prides themselves on being fresh and high quality according to their commercials. This particular restaurant was FILTHY. Not one table had been wiped down- lettuce, chips remnants, and spilled Pico could be found on each table. The floor was absolutely disgusting- food all over it and by the drink station water and sticky soda. Behind the counter was a disgrace. The white subway tiled walls had gross stuff dripping down them. I am sure it's hard to not spill from each of the containers as bulging burritos and overflowing bowls are made, but that prep station would have NEVER survived even a basic health inspection. I hate to think about the stuff they look for that can't be seen by the average customer. Final stop was the bathroom, which wasn't awful but didn't have toilet paper, which any female will tell you is a big no-no for customer service. Anyway- won't stop there again, and just wanted to say consider yourself warned in case you do!

  Whoever the manager of this location is should be fired. Over the last year it has been on a steady decline, and today was the worst I've ever seen it. I placed an online order and went in to pick it up at the designated time when the app said it was ready. There was a long line both to order food and to pick up online orders. The place was a mess, it felt humid, and there were apparently only 3 people working in the entire place (one covering online orders, one running the register, and one doing literally everything else). I waited for 20 minutes past the assigned pickup time, and still...nothing. The woman next to me said she'd been waiting for 30 minutes. I walked out without my food and I won't be going back. This place is an absolute mess, the food is never any good anymore, and Chipotle shows no signs of improving.

  I’m adding an extra star for the manager who made things right. My first time in South carolina as I am passing through. I stopped at this location after the gym with my daughter and puppy. I ordered a chicken bowl and kids tacos. The cashier rang up my food and it came out to $25 and I was confused. So I said I had the chicken ma’am, she insisted that I had a steak bowl & accused me of lying lol. So she opens it up and say see look, while she’s pointing at my open bowl. She realized she was wrong and I asked do I get an apology and she basically laughed in my face. So the manager gave me a refund and an apology. But I was disgusted! It was unprofessional and unsanitary. Maybe chipotle should hire workers who shows more professionalism.
