I get staffing is never to par but the food is premade??? The ENTIRE dining room was filthy. Not one clean table in the store. Floors littered in trash. Booth was so sticky it probably hasn’t been wiped down in months. Not one of the lemonade mixes were available. 0 napkins. 0 forks. Had to ask for both. I’m scared to see what the BOH looks like. Manager?????

From the 0 lemonades and 0 clean tables to the food that’s scattered everywhere on the floor and behind the counter. Coming here is always a let down no matter how hard you hope before you get here to have a good experience. I guess it’s me, I should learn that the chipotle of today, It’s not what it was 10 years ago!!!

They said that they wasn’t sent enough food that their rice cooker was broke. Gave me every excuse they were understaffed they didn’t have what they needed and it’s one thing going in there and it being dirty all the time that’s OK. It’s still great food, but to go in and then not have any food that is taking a major loss, not only for the Money of the company, but for the Customers as well they really need to get a Manager in there and straighten that place out
