Communication is the key. Then the rice still isn't fully cooked.

She said nothing to me just held the bag out for me to grab, no thank you for your patience, have a nice day nothing. AND there was no straw in my bag 5/7 I witnessed her direct the employee at the drive thru window to hand me the wrong bag of food. Mind you this was the same employee who just took my payment at the first window so I know the employee just jumped in and was trying to help so no fault to her. My order was a simple $7.62 gravy biscuit combo, what was handed to me was a $14 and some change order that i really didn't question until I'd already pulled off. I know someone was mad they got our orders mixed up. The manager needs to focus on customer service and service flow.
