Very disappointing experience. Our Family Meal was missing the gallon of iced tea, the sweet potato pie, half of the biscuits that were included with the meal, and we weren't given any plates.
When I politely asked about the missing biscuits, the employee argued that the meal didn't include them, even though the menu clearly says it does. He then claimed he was "giving them to us for free." I explained that I only wanted what we had already paid for. His response was, "If you don't like it, throw it in the trash."
I also asked several times for honey mustard, but he ignored me. Later, when I asked for ketchup, another employee was bringing plenty of packets, but he took them out of her hands, gave me only five, and said, "That's what you paid for." He also told us, "We're adults, and there are people ahead of you," in a rude and disrespectful tone.
Mistakes happen, but there is no excuse for treating customers this way. This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.
We spent over $50 on our order and simply expected to receive what we paid for. Instead, we were met with missing items, rude comments, and disrespectful customer service. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope management addresses it
