Absolutely the worst customer service experience. It’s amazing how a simple request about what you do or don’t want on your food can turn into a comedy show for the employees. Apparently, basic respect and professionalism are too much to ask.
Instead of making customers feel welcomed, they chose to laugh and make jokes. Let me be clear: a customer asking for their food a certain way is not a reason to embarrass them or make them feel small. That kind of behavior says a lot more about the people doing it than the person being served.
Management also needs to step up because allowing employees to treat customers this way sends the message that disrespect is acceptable. A restaurant should be a place where people feel comfortable spending their money, not a place where they feel judged or mocked.
Hopefully this location takes a serious look at their customer service because kindness and professionalism should not be rare qualities in the workplace.
