  Went here last week for 1 item and went through the drive thru. The employee was having a bad day and accidentally called me “sir” but quickly apologized when I corrected her. Even though she was having a bad day she never once took it out on any of her customers! Kudos to her!!!

  I usually visit this place between 11 am and 3 pm to witness the lunch preparation process, especially during peak hours. The drive-thru and the interior of the restaurant get quite busy within these hours. While the drive-thru may be slightly slower compared to other places, I believe the wait is worth it. The staff members are courteous and friendly. The restrooms may not be the most aesthetically pleasing, but they are regularly cleaned.

  We love the BOGO sandwich each weekend that we get in the app. We love Arby’s.
