  Pizza Hut has become almost impressive in the worst possible way. At this point, I genuinely do not understand how this location is still open. The service is consistently terrible, the orders are almost never correct, and there appears to be absolutely no quality check before food goes out the door. Every visit or delivery feels like a gamble, and somehow the house always wins. Hot sodas, cold pizza, missing items, incorrect toppings, sloppy preparation, and staff who seem completely indifferent to whether the order is right or not. It is one thing to make an occasional mistake. It is another thing entirely to make poor service feel like the business model. The most frustrating part is the lack of accountability. A basic glance at the receipt, the food, and the drinks before handing off an order would solve half of these issues, but even that seems to be too much to expect. Customers should not have to inspect every box like they are conducting a forensic investigation just to make sure they received what they paid for. Pizza Hut used to be a dependable name. Now, at least at this location, it feels careless, disorganized, and completely uninterested in customer satisfaction. If you want cold pizza, warm soda, wrong items, and the privilege of paying for disappointment, this is apparently the place to go. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and order literally anywhere else.

  This is a great Pizza Hut. It is clean and the service is great. Very friendly and they make the best pizzas in town.

  Today, January 3, 2026, approximately 9:30 PM, had to wait 23 minutes for a pizza order which had been placed online to come out. Maybe if one of the employees was less interested in his cell phone than doing his job, maybe these type of delays wouldn’t occur.
