I went in at lunch time there was only one guy working he was doing all he can to get everybody waited on and pizzas made by himself. I got the two for 699 deal the toy story pizzas they were a bit small I would recommend getting just the cheese they were normal size.

Asked for well done as well but guess what...no bueno..after a couple minutes in my air fryer at home it was decent. Overpriced for what you get, including service. I did have 30% promo code off any order so I slept ok that night.

Needless to say I was reminded of why I left them alone in the first place. I placed a call in order with extra toppings and extra cheese, upon arrival it took them 10 minutes to find my pizza because it was under a name I have no idea where it came from. The only way they found my order was by the phone number. Needless to say the extra toppings and cheese that i ordered and paid for was under what should be considered as regular toppings. Im officially done with Papa John's forever!

Every single Friday is the same exact thing to be picked up at the same exact time they canceled my order tonight. I even had pictures and receipts and they didn’t do anything, but give me attitude. Customer service is at a -2 if I could give it to him food is always pretty good, but they’re always messing up. Everyone’s order there and always discombobulated.
