Got my drink wrong to the point where i can’t even drink it and then forgot we ordered donuts and we then had to wait for a dozen donuts and asked for specific ones and none of those where given to us.

They deserve some grace from anyone who thinks her restroom privileges for her children trumps an employee who probably got their first restroom break of the day! All of these employees have always been nothing but pleasant, all enjoying their jobs, and doing it with a smile on their faces. Whomever owns this location needs to give their employess a bonus for dealing with the crap from customers who think they're superior to someone who is doing a fast food type job. It isn't easy, especially when dealing with the public.

Was in the women’s restroom on the phone for 15 minutes while I had 2 small kids that needed to go. One boy and one girl, it suggested that I use the Men’s restroom while I was waiting it was used a couple of times by Men! So why should I have to wait for a shift leader to talk on the phone while people were actually waiting. WORST DUNKIN EVER staff was not friendly nor helpful. Whomever owns this one should start from scratch and I am a very loyal Dunki customer.
