  Ive never visited this particular location before today but my experience with 7brew in the past left me a little weary to give it another shot, however, the girl who took my order this evening was incredibly kind, conversational, patient, and truly just above and beyond! I ordered a medium blondie extra caramel thanks to her suggestions and it was impeccable!! Her name was sophia and she was truly just the sweetest little thing! This is the kind of service that makes recurring customers!

  Everyone is always very polite and willing to answer any questions asked. I usually ask what their favorite drinks are and get them. Great experience each time. Even if there is a line the do their best to give each customer their full attention. They dont rush yoi through an order.

  My teenage daughters went through this morning on their way to school and were asked the question of the day, “If you could change your name what would it be?” My daughter responded and said she wouldn’t because she loved her name. The young man asked what it was and she informed him what it was and he responded with “OH HOW TRAGIC!!” The staff needs to be educated in general on customer relations, customer service, professionalism, tact, self control, respect, common sense and maybe some history lessons. He had a chance to start their day with a Blessing, but chose to speak negativity into her morning about her and her name.

  This was my first time going to 7 Brew about 1.5 weeks ago and I had no idea what to order. A really nice young man, he told me his name but I forgot it (it started with an S or maybe a J) but he helped us figure everything out. He went through the different coffees and explained what was in each one, gave me some recommendations and was so patient. He really made me feel welcomed. We ended up going with his recommendations and getting something called a dirty chai with vanilla, pumpkin and cold foam, and a Smooth 7, which my husband really enjoyed. I also saw him inside making the drinks. Everything came out really quickly, my order was right, and both drinks were pretty good for the price. The girl at the register closest to the building was also so sweet when she brought us our drinks. She asked us about our day and was just really friendly and welcoming. It was nice to have such a good experience with everyone we interacted with. The line was a little long when we got there, but they did a great job getting everyone through quickly. The music was also kinda loud, but it didn’t bother us. We will be back!

  Very disappointed with the 7 Brew in Aiken. I sent my kid to pick up a LARGE drink with NO ICE, and this is what I received. The cup wasn’t even close to being filled to the rim. When I personally go to other 7 Brew locations and order the exact same way, my cup is filled properly. If I’m paying for a large, I expect to receive a large amount of product….especially when I specifically request no ice. This honestly makes me feel like customers are getting shorted on what they’re paying for. I’d rather make the extra drive to North Augusta or Augusta than go back to the Aiken location. Do better, 7 Brew Aiken.
