  Ordered to pick up. They handed us the most wrinkled bag of cold, soggy food I've ever had the displeasure of paying for! The food was obvi thrown into the bag from across the road and whomever made the VERY SIMPLE, very SMALL order must have been blindfolded. Taco Supreme is SUPPOSED to have sour cream. They had sour cream but it was less than an eighth of a teaspoon on only one end. The nachos (chips and nacho cheese) were all crushed UNDER the heaviest items, at the bottom of the bag; scattered everywhere and tasted like they'd dumped out an old bag of cinnamon twists and put the chips into the used bag! WTH did they do, dig through the trash for our order!? WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

  I ordered 6 crunchy tacos and 6 chalupas. The crunchy tacos were good but the chalupas were made on old chalupa shells . Very disappointing!!

  Waiting for 1 hour and 30 mins for a dine in order… meanwhile drive through had top priority. That’s insane !!!!

  I love this taco bell, and I typically have a great experience here, but this previous time i got a crunch wrap and it tasted odd.. the tostada shell inside was completely rancid and disgusting. I'm disappointed, but definitely not a deal breaker
