- NSNina M. ShafferJul 13, 20261.0The employees constantly close the establishment before the posted hours. Arrived at 9:51 pm and as soon as they saw the car headlights ran and locked the door. This is not how the real world works. If you’re going to hire young kids, they need supervision. You’re losing a lot of money. I understand two minutes to closing, but this is not acceptable. It’s summer and this is a regular occurrence. This franchisee should be stripped of their DQ status. This establishment does not align with DQ standards.

When the young lady came from the back (where everyone was) to take our order, a worker from the back thought it would be funny to yell at the top of his lungs in a blood curdling scream. No exaggeration. My husband who has legitimate noise sensitivity nicely said to the cashier who was laughing hysterically (as were the others still in the back) I don't think the manager would appreciate that behavior with customers at the counter. The cashier still laughing even harder then says... that was the manager yelling. Not amused.... We left and went to get ice cream elsewhere. I understand it's teenagers working there and no one is opposed to them having fun, but that was absolutely ridiculous and enough to lose our business permanently. Had we had one of our young grandchildren with us, they would have been terrified.. that's how loud it was.
