- GSG SMay 7, 20261.0Went there today and there was only one professional girl working the orders for pick up. She was kind and attentive. Everyone else was goofing around. Such a disorganized team. The short girl taking the orders at the register kept messing everyone’s order and goofing around with the rest of the staff. Don’t expect good service this is mainly a bunch of teens playing around not taking anything serious. Wait time was too much. Then the same short girl taking the orders at the restaurant kept scratching her ankle while serving a soft drink for someone and with the same hand touching the lids. Idk this place was a hot mess.

I requested pickup at 12:30 and they refused to allow it. I have dealt with several other chick fil a’s in the area and have never had an issue like this. 0/10 would NOT recommend this location. They took pleasure in being difficult.

- EEEApr 3, 20262.0I just ordered a jalapeño ranch club today, I said I wanted not tomato or jalapeño because I am allergic but still enjoy the bun, yet jalapeño was still on my sandwich looking at my receipt the order taker did take it off, yet it is still on mine for some reason. Disappointed with the service I received the company has gone downhill.
