  I absolutely love this place. Never heard of it before this summer and have been twice so far. Perfect cool meal. Both times have been quick and delicious!! Staff is great🎉

  I visited CAVA on a Sunday afternoon around 2:30, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to how my daughter was treated by staff. This was our first time at CAVA—or any CAVA location—and my daughter had actually been excited to try it after hearing so many good things about the restaurant. It was a very quiet time—only a few customers inside and no line at the register. My 15-year-old daughter was simply standing in the seating area looking at the menu and deciding what she wanted to order. She was not in line, not at the counter, and not blocking anyone. Despite this, a staff member approached her with an unnecessarily rude and dismissive attitude, telling her, “Just so you know, the line starts over there,” even though there was no line forming and she wasn’t in anyone’s way. The tone came across as hostile and uncalled for, especially toward a minor who was just trying to decide what to order. There was no need for that kind of interaction, particularly given how quiet the restaurant was at the time. It left a very bad impression and overshadowed what was supposed to be an exciting first experience with CAVA. Based on this experience, we won’t be returning to CAVA.

  This was my first time ordering from CAVA, and I was disappointed. I ordered a grains bowl with half saffron basmati rice and half brown rice, but I couldn’t find either as ordered. The rice portion was much smaller than expected, making the bowl feel underfilled. The falafel was also undercooked it had a doughy texture instead of being fully cooked and crisp. Based on this experience, the quality and portion size did not match my expectations.

  I am not a person to try new foods. So many people told me I had to try it. I am so glad I did. I eat here about 2-3 times a week. Food is always fresh, staff is super friendly and it’s always clean. It can be pricey but it’s worth it.

  Everyone behind the counter is friendly, patient, and happy to walk you through the menu if you’re new. Even during the lunch rush, they keep things moving without making you feel rushed. It’s the kind of service that turns a quick meal into a great experience. The food is fresh and flavorful as always, but the team here deserves the real credit. Will definitely be back!
