  I want to express my deepest gratitude to Toni, a compassionate and understanding employee in the Pharmacy department. I was traveling from Montana to Oregon, en route to my mother-in-law’s funeral, when I received the heartbreaking news of my stepmother’s passing in Nevada. I had the sole copy of her will, which my father urgently needed. Upon reaching the Customer-Service desk, I was informed that the only fax machine was located in the pharmacy. Once there, I was warmly greeted by Toni. Her friendly demeanor, kind eyes, and empathetic nature instantly put me at ease. Toni went above and beyond to ensure that the Will was faxed. She was aware the document was legal size and was concerned that it might not be accepted on the other end. To address this, she carefully captured the entire document and sent the fax. Toni’s unwavering understanding and kindness truly made a significant difference during my time of need. I hope she receives this message and understands the immense gratitude I feel for her assistance.

  Here's a shout out to the Meat and Seafood Department! The most unhelpful part of the store. I called yesterday (a Saturday) around 6:30pm to just ask if they had scallops. I believe I said, "sea scallops, defrosted and ready to go." The man who answered the phone had no clue what I was asking for, but made sure I knew, three times through the whole encounter, that they wouldn't be packing anything up for me, because they close at 7pm. No problem, if y'all are closed, I can't do anything about it. I'm just asking for future reference. But do you guys close at 7pm or 6:30pm? ;P When he finally understood what I was asking for, he made sure to tell me that "we close at 7pm but we start breaking everything down at 6pm, so everything has already been wrapped and put away. You won't be able to get anything because we don't have anything out and we aren't going to take it out. We're just.... Mopping and stuff until it's time to go." You guys got them or not? Like in general? "They are in the freezer aisle, but we won't be packaging anything else for the day, we close at 7pm but .... We clean everything up and close down at 6pm." In the end, calling them asking about availability for anything is useless. The bakery department though is amazing!! Everyone there is so helpful! The store overall is clean and organized. Not the meat department. Y'all are some lazy individuals.

  Good sized location for a smaller town, like many businesses in the area, can be hard to get employee assistance due to manpower shortages.

  On 3 different occasions I bought gas at this store and was ripped off. The 1st time I used my points and realized at the pump the price went up 10c instead of down 10c, the lady inside tried to convince me it was because I used a card and not cash. Clearly all signage states cash/credit are the same. The pictures will explain the rest of this.... price says 3.79 a gal, pump reads 3.99 she says when I push the button it will change to the 3.79 , which it didn't, it changed to 3.89. This is not ok! A picture is word a thousand words. When everyone is financially struggling these days to survive and you have corporations such as this RIPPING OFF they ones that put a check in their hand. Do better safeway!
