- ATAri TateSep 25, 20261.0The store itself is fine. The grocery pickup services are a nightmare. Multiple times I have put orders in days in advance and they never shop them at all. Two times we were missing a good amount of items and had to drive 1.5 hours back to the store. This last time they told us to call tomorrow for the manager so I had to get ahold of corporate for a refund. I don't know who is managing the grocery pick up orders but it is horrible at this store. I'm very frustrated. 😓

At the time, they put my order down and said they had to make sure they could do the order. I followed up 2 days before my event to check. No one at the counter knew about the order and customer service attempted to assist. They found the order on their board for Wednesday and said it would be ready by 11am Wednesday. On the day of the event, we arrived to pick up the order and they had no clue about it saying that if we were going to place such a large order, we should have let them know ahead of time to schedule it. They started the order at 11am, which is when we needed to pick it up.
- JJJamieAug 26, 20261.0Unfortunately I try to avoid this place, perhaps it’s not the employees fault but they often seem really unhappy and gruff. For example, what prompted me to finally write a review was today. I had my cash ready in hand today, and was not slow, and got snapped at with my three children present because I did not hear when she asked if I wanted a bag. I hope you have a better day miss. I didn’t even use my Safeway card because I just wanted to not be glared at again or treated like I was being slow.
