Fresh basil adds a bright finish, and the cheese has that perfect stretch that makes every bite feel intentional. It's one of those meals that quietly resets your expectations of what pizza can be. If you're anywhere near The Dalles, Enza makes a convincing case for serving one of the best pizzas in Oregon.
