  My first time eating at Buffalo Wild Wings in Mustang. Almost anything that could go wrong, did. They were extremely busy which I understand can lead to delays. I ordered my food online and arrived to pick it up 10 minutes later than the pickup time. I was told it was going to be another 10 to 15 minutes, no problem. I returned 20 minutes later and my order was just coming out. Then I had to wait another five minutes for the drinks. I got home and they had forgotten to include the wing sauce I ordered on the side. It would have been nice to have because my boneless wings were extremely dry and tasted like they had been made hours before. My drink was diet instead of regular Pepsi. My wife's bone in wings were extremely over seasoned, the garlic Parmesan was inedible and unbelievably salty. The fries were old and dried out. The tater tots were cold. No part of this meal was enjoyable. I ended up throwing over half of the food into the garbage. I will not return to this restaurant and cannot recommend anyone else go there either based on this experience.

  We have gone to this location for both in person and take out, and we are DONE. The service inside is so slow, and it’s a 50/50 chance on if they get the order right. Out of dining in the dining room three times, there has only been one time where our order has been completely correct. Now, we’ve done the take out option three times as well. They have gotten our order right all three out of three times. HOWEVER. The service is SLOWER than if you go inside. Last night we waited 45 minutes for our take out order, and only saw a worker maybe once every ten minutes. If we hadn’t already paid online, we would have said screw it and left. We have given the benefit of the doubt, but this was the last straw. We gave them quite the fair shot, but the food is not worth the wait.

  2nd visit here. Worst bww I've ever been to. They get the order wrong, takes forever, food comes out cold and doesn't taste good. Won't be going back.

  I didn’t want to come back after our first experience here but we did and the server we had in the bar tonight with the snake bites was the sweetest and most attentive server we’ve ever had. She was very sweet to our son as well & the service couldn’t have been more perfect. Shoutout to her

  If I could give you a 10 star review I would!! Morgan was our server and she was amazing! But the great service started as soon as we walked in the door! Amazing staff here!!!! I live in Yukon and will drive here every time for the service and the good food!! Thank you guys for making us feel welcomed and for taking care of us through this visit! We'll be back soon! ❤️
