  Worst Jimmy Johns Ive ever been to. Waited in like 15 minutes with only two people in front of me, waiting on people to figure out the automated kiosk. Staff busy making to go orders. Been a Jimmy Johns fan 20 years, Ill find somewhere else.

  Went into Jimmy John’s for the first time in years. I order one of their giant subs, posted at 14$ and some change, and without notifying the customer, or any postage I was charged almost 20$ just to eat in. Therefore, now I feel forced to eat in, although if I had known of the 5$ tip for them to “clean up after us” says the worker, I would’ve went home. The whole dining in experience was just terrible. The workers are just loud and obnoxious and have no spacial surroundings for the customers who pay extra to be there. Being on the phone and yelling inappropriate music is not good customer service. Food was also mid, burnt, and overall not worth the price. Wish I could get my money back. Not going here again.

  Terrible customer service. They were unwilling to help take my order (you have to do it on a screen). Five people standing around yet I seemed like a burden. I politely said "excuse me" and two of them just looked at me. Didn't say a word. It was strange. Been to 20 jimmy John's and that was the worst experience yet. Usually it's very pleasant.

  Third time i have ordered food from here and it takes over an hour. This place is not fast and not worth ordering from. Will not be ordering again
