Didn’t get my ketchup either after all. Also since when do you have to pay 3.36 for a bagel with cream cheese and get almost no cream cheese on the bagel. Are they getting paid to actively work against the customer? It was burnt too and still somehow cold. Probably because it took so long

However this does not seem to be the case at this location. Not only did I repeatedly state the fact that I wanted a dozen donuts multiple times, and in multiple ways - I also pointed to the donuts behind the glass and pointed to each one that I wanted one by one. At that point the cashier pulled out a small white bag that I'm not sure even qualified to fit a donut. Seemingly looking amused by the confusion in conversation, another employee walked up to me: I asked her for one dozen donuts. She thought I wanted one little munchkin donut or something like that. I said no I want one dozen donuts while pointing at the glass and she began to reach for the small white bag that was in the man's hand. I said no I want 12 donuts. Both employees continued to stare at me, so I left. And yes I was cursing to myself slightly under my breath as I left. I'm pretty sure that neither person had English as their first language, and I understand that, however I feel like it is important to understand the basic words, the very foundational components that make Dunkin' Donuts sales everyday. A part of me is hoping that I never actually went to a donut shop this morning and instead I had a stroke where I imagined that I went to a donut shop. The store seemed very clean and organized, that is why I gave it two stars.

This morning i ordered a dozen donuts at 8AM, tell me why they were out of some of the donuts I wanted?? I ordered 4 of the apples streusel donuts, and one maple and they didn’t have any. The employees did try and make it right and replace the donuts, and I’d understand if it were later in the day and they were out, but it was morning smh.
