  My first time and I am a hard sell and was 100% impressed with everything!! I was there for the car show 07/08 with friends and got a free dinner and WOW everything was top notch including our waitress ***NAOMI****** she was kind caring and impressive in her customer service skills and never missed a beat!! pls make sure she is recognized its hard to fin people like this in the service industry and you definitely have a keep here!! see you at the next car show in August ! regards JURASSICJEEPJENNY

  Becareful ordering food using food comps. The hostess, Juanita tried stealing my food comps. Normally i ask for extra for food comps. Just in case. And in normal cases. I don't finish using the whole amount. It goes back to my account anyway. She double checked with me saying that my food only cost $30+ and my food comp had $50. I confirmed saying that I know. And she proceed taking a long time to do the payment. When she was finally done. I check the receipt that i need to sign, 8 wings were added to my bill. Normally, that might be a mistake and i would let it slide if they took it off. But i realized something was wrong when she actually pressed cash for the balance. If she confirmed with me that my order was less than my food comp, she shouldn't have to press the cash payment button at all. I told the manager about it and she just brushed me off and saying that's not the case. Even thought it's "free" food comp from the casino. She shouldn't have tried stealing it.

  I recently visited the Sports Bar at Hollywood Casino Toledo and was very disappointed. The food had little to no flavor, and the service was extremely slow. We waited about 25 minutes for our food, and there were only around six people in the entire place. This used to be a go-to spot for me because the food was actually really good, but it has definitely gone downhill. Based on this experience, I probably won’t be returning anytime soon. They really need to step up their game.

  Nothing but good experiences when get food from here! Wings are the best! Usually I get food to go with comps but dined in and had the fish chips (Walleye with Cajun fries) healthy portions and great taste.

  Took over 40 minutes to get apps food was even longer, lots of salt.
