  ordered the buffalo chicken ranch sandwich. It was a bun with a chicken patty and pickles. Called in and manager said we should have ordered it as a deluxe to get the buffalo sauce and ranch on it..... He did give credit for the sandwich. Called in to collect the credit for the replacement sandwich and ordered the rest of our food. The price was $8 more than the online price....They said it was because I called it in. I had to call it in to get my sandwich that you screwed up the 1st time. Employee said there was nothing they could do about the price difference. Will not be back, it is worth the drive out to Bridgewater to get what I actually order.

  Horrible service. Manager to busy to take a complaint according to host who answered phone. Cold food. Save yourself the trouble just go to bridgewater.

  This has got to be the worst wings I've ever received. Not only did we not get any of the sauce we ordered on our chicken but the cooked the living hell out of these wings. So dry and crunchy. Absolutely terrible.

  UPDATE: I was assaulted by the manager. She screamed in my face, spit on me while yelling, and physically pushed me backward with her body. I had to call the police. I believe this happened because of the review I left, and that the owner may have told her about it?? Not 100% for sure. She identified herself as the manager. I have never felt so uncomfortable or unsafe. I 100% had a panic attack couldn’t stop shaking and crying. LIKE I originally came in excited about the free wings promotion, but the situation became shocking and unacceptable. I was excited about the free wings promotion, but the experience was disappointing. The “one per household” rule wasn’t clearly communicated, and I saw an older man and his granddaughter leave empty-handed after waiting over an hour. It felt disorganized and unfair. When I used my coupon, an employee was extremely rude and actually ripped the booklet I have proof. If they didn’t want to kindly honor the promotion, they shouldn’t have done it. It’s an opening be welcoming. In contrast, my experience with Wingstop was so much better; even now they remain kind and will always have my business. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but at this location, the service is consistently rude. They just opened, and all the reviews have similar experiences to mine. I truly hope they improve because I want this location to succeed, but this experience was unacceptable.
