  Visited this Protein House recently and had a disappointing experience overall. We ordered food, tipped 18%, and chose to sit outside. Instead of bringing the food out, staff came outside just to tell us the order was ready and made us walk back inside to pick it up ourselves — which felt pretty unreasonable considering the tip and the fact that we were already seated. On top of that, one of the orders was incorrect, some requested sides were missing, and the staff was short and somewhat dismissive when we asked for extra spices/seasoning. The food itself was decent, but the service did not match the prices or the expectation of a restaurant experience. If customers are expected to fully self-serve, that should be made clear up front before asking for nearly a 20% tip.

  Overpriced! I got a protein shake but the peanut butter was so chunky I couldn’t even drink it. Just went to the trash

  I ordered a bowl with sweet potato mash and I swear the potato mash tasted like lighter fluid or some kind of chemicals, I didn’t call or report it but I’m def letting y’all know. Make sure you don’t cross contaminate with chemicals. Please fully clean and or make sure your cooking fluids aren’t rancid. Something was 100% off. Sweet potato mash should taste earthy and savory , not like chemicals.
