  I went in this past week to get a large order 20 bone-in wings and 20 boneless wings and a handful of appetizers. Service was fine, if a little slow. The atmosphere was perfect; I was greeted more times than I can remember and did not wait to order as I was helped by a worker whos name tag said Athena, I believe. I know this place has not been open long but I have some opinions. I think that the ranch should not cost anything if it is below a count of four or five. The other BWW does not charge so I'm confused why this place does. I have heard this from others I know as well. Second, I noticed the fries I recieved were hot but had a weird color to them. The other appetizers looked fine which confused me. I am not sure if the oil is cleaned everyday or weekly. I have never worked fast-food though so I am not familiar with how that process works. This place has great potential to succeed but it definitely needs some time to organize itself properly and follow the same price rules as the other restuarant does.

  Horrible. There were still chicken feathers on my food and there didn’t even give me the right order. I called to get a refund the night that I got the food some lady told me yes that I can get a refund and to call the next day. I called the next day and they’re asking me to bring the food from the night before. No one is gonna save nasty food from the night before. So no refund was given and I just lost money for food that was throw away. Just called to corporate to get a refund and they suck they just said that I will have to wait for them to talk to more people. How hard is it to give my money back because their food was nasty.

  First time Going there ,And I find a hair while taking. A bite .Grossed out won’t be eating wings for a while . Waiting on a refund and haven’t gotten it . So disappointing.

  This store has just opened in our area and I was fully expected to have to wait a little longer due to a typical rush of when new locations open. When I went to pick up my online order, I was a little early from when the order stated it would be ready. The employee asked for my name and when I gave it to them, I let them know that I was early but just happened to be in the area so I came in. They brought out my order and were all super friendly. They apologized for me having to wait, but in reality, they still got me my order 5 minutes before the app said it would be ready. I told them no need for apology. I was very pleased with the service. Food was hot, tasted great, and received amazing service. Definitely will be returning.
