- KWKaitlyn WieheFeb 9, 20261.0called in an order at 4:30 for 6:00pm pick up. it was the super bowl, so of course they were busier than all hell. i waited for an hour for them to call my name while all these men and other people harassed the workers. eventually i was able to get to a spot where i could ask the worker very politely if they had an order for 8 six piece combos under my name. he went to look and said sorry they didn’t have it. i tried to ask if they had it under a different yet similar name because when i called to order, there was some confusion about that towards the end of the call, but despite me trying to get his attention again, he ignored me and kept talking to the men who were being so pushy and berating him. I get that it was the super bowl and of course, super busy, but there was no organization and there was no regard for the fact that i had called in and now my order was missing. incredibly stressful and unsatisfactory experience.

We started off by getting a 15 pc combo, but they forgot our fries (but it was an honest mistake on their part) we got the Louisiana rub. The chicken was so salty, but it was very nice and crunchy. I think the fries were the WORST part of this place. The fries we thought were made with used oil, or something, and that they put sugar on them, because they were sweet. Not even the ranch could save them. I really hope this place starts to change their fries, and possibly renovate, because it would benefit them a lot. Go here jf you want, but i really dont recommend it.

Not that your ideas are unworthy, but you don't want to put the team out of a job. And our lawyers tell us that we need to avoid unsolicited ideas because we don't want to have any dispute as to ownership of those great ideas. Below is more legal mumbo jumbo explaining our policy.

Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.

If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
