  They need to train staff better. I don’t blame the staff I blame management. The staff never seem very confident in communicating and that’s a major issue when you need to communicate to get service?

  So Service was non existent. After being ignored for 10 min at the counter, to inquire about my order of 3 slushies, that I’d ordered via the app and had already been waiting for 10 min after the app saying they were ready, I had to leave without my order. Ridiculous. All of the lobby customers were experiencing poor service.

  I used to love coming to this TB during my lunch breaks. I don’t know if they have new staff working but the service has been so slow. I waited in line for over 20-30 minutes through the drive through. They constantly mess up the orders and put meat when asked to put beans.

  despite waiting for food on a very busy night, no problem at all i understand. chris was very nice. a very sweet guy with great customer service skills. his friend in the kitchen however with black hair was not as friendly and talking about me in spanish in front of me while i fully understand. lol. anyways. thanks chris you made our experience better.

  I ordered food through a delivery app and had a very disappointing experience. The delivery driver sent me a photo clearly showing that my order was already prepared, yet he still had to wait several more minutes before it was handed to him. According to the driver, the employee said she was helping other customers. However, the dining area was already closed and only the drive-thru was operating. The driver also observed the employee talking on the phone while he continued waiting. What was most frustrating was that when he asked about the delay, he was told that if he wanted faster service, he should not come so late. If a restaurant is open and accepting orders, customers should receive respectful service regardless of the time. I would not recommend ordering from this location late at night due to the long wait times and unprofessional service.
