- HPhiren patel2 days ago1.0Worst experience with the staff for past two visit. Never going visit this store again. Last week there was police activity and they didn't prepare my mobile order. Waited for 1 hour. Today they didn't prepare my mobile order and gave false reasons that my order is picked by some other customer. I am ordering this location every week and for pickup order they are checking before giving food. Quality of bowl is also not good. Sometimes they add very little rice and Sometimes no Fajita. Today I request to add little more rice and their staff member denied. Worst experience with staff.

Sounded quiet off to me as everytime i pick up they verify the name. I am a very regular customer. On top of it when i told her to add extra rice she put so little saying I have to keep this rice till entire night... are you really kidding me. I politely asked how long are you guys open ,answer was till 10 and my order getting second time ready at 8:45 pm and she literally had an entire box full of rice. I am never coming back. Highly disappointed.

The employee working there this afternoon had zero customer service skills , was rude and I seen her push one of her customers for no apparent reason. I will never order food from here again, and I will be sure to tell every friend and family member not to as well. In my professional opinion, this girl should be fired along with charges filed against her!
