- JMJamie MadoreJun 10, 20265.0We stopped at this Dunkin' inside the Richard Stockton Service Area in Robbinsville, NJ around 6:45 in the morning for a quick rest stop break and a cup of coffee before getting back on the road. After entering the main building, I placed my order through the Dunkin' App and then made a quick stop at the restroom. By the time I made my way back to the pickup area, my order was already being placed on the counter. Mobile ordering doesn't get much more convenient than that. The Dunkin' itself was bright, clean, and well maintained. It was steady with customers but not overly busy yet, and I noticed that all of the team members seemed to be staying productive, whether they were helping customers, preparing orders, or taking care of other tasks around the restaurant. Most importantly, my order was accurate and my coffee was piping hot—exactly what you want from an early morning coffee stop. When you're traveling, a clean restaurant, prompt service, and a fresh cup of hot coffee can make a big difference in starting the day off right. If you're passing through the Richard Stockton Service Area on the New Jersey Turnpike and looking for a reliable coffee stop, this Dunkin' provided a fast, efficient, and enjoyable experience. I'd gladly stop here again on a future trip.
- DGDamaris GuardadoApr 9, 20231.0Horrible service, we asked for a plane bagel with cream cheese and we got a bagel with bacon egg and cheese, and we also ask for two ice latte with whipped cream and the lady give us the latte with no cream and also she put more milk then coffee and also she put too much sugar on it, we are really disappointed we pay for something and we receive something else and its really horrible, the lady's make the food with an attitude they don't read the instructions of the orders they make what ever they want!!
