I asked for a refund and they could not help me with that since I ordered online the girl at the window was very unhelpful. When I went to ask for a refund through the app, I was given a coupon for a free drink. I’m not sure I’m eating there again and feel like they just robbed me over a soda

They wouldn't I paid $23.00 for chips and queso and a piece of a part of a veggie rice bowl. I live between Columbus and Norfolk I guess I'll be going to Norfolk from my Chipotle. That's if I decide to go back. Do Chipotle locations have managers?

I went in to fix my order and they still made it wrong. Paid extra to have guacamole in my bowl and they didn’t even put it in there. Didn’t get my free rewards stuff. Worst Chipotle I’ve been to.
