    The app to order ahead is a mess. Takes longer to find you items like a drink... and also not very quick to get your order even if it's only a drink.

    First off have no problems with staff. Car hops are always friendly. But for the last 5 times my family has gotten food from Windsor's Sonic they have in some way messed our order up. I usually get a number 3 or super Sonic bacon cheeseburger, and 3 times in a row returned home to reveal no bacon so I paid extra for a cheeseburger. My wife got a bacon egg and cheese toaster tonight and when I returned home found no bacon just egg and cheese. It just seems as though people are not reading the screen but it is just a waist of time to go there and expect them to get your order right.
