  Absolutely the worst sonic i have ever been to had to repeat order 4 times then 30 min later when it came it was all wrong. We will never go back

  Unfortunately I'm unable to leave a better review. We had trouble placing our order. When we recieved our order my husband's was supposed to have bacon and there wasn't any and he was supposed to have a large fry but he got a medium. Luckily we were not charged for them. My husband repeated the order several times and it still wasn't right.

  I got mozzarella sticks and they were not hot enough but still good. I’m not a usual fan of sonic but today I decided to try some for the fun of it. But the service was amazing. The person at the drive through window was super kind (I think his name was Nick or Niko) amazing service!

  Worst service ever! Always wait a very long time for my order. Many times I’ve waited 15 minutes. It doesn’t matter if I order at the drive thru, online, or at a stall…always a long wait. Once they completely dropped the ball on my order and after waiting 20 minutes and watching other customers come and go, I waved down a car hop to find out where my order was. My orders are more often than not wrong as well! So many times I’ve gotten home with my order and it’s wrong. The food isn’t prepared as ordered and how hard is it to make a drink with easy ice? My husband has called to complain about the wrong orders and in turn we were mailed coupons. When I used the coupon, they made that order wrong too! I talked to a co- owner who was very apologetic and said he was mailing more coupons for our trouble, but we didn’t receive them. It’s very frustrating because we have few choices in Willard. Seriously! What has happened to good customer service?

  No 👎 ice, no cheese, no tater tots, no anything. Ruid employees, hateful "manager" I don't think she was the manager. If that's what you are the owner of, you are a the a bad owner. I would never put my name on a business that bad.
