  Since I’ve been ordering from the store, about three years, I’ve never had a bad experience. Every person has been incredibly nice and understands what customer service really means. Today, my experience was especially impressive. I had difficulty with my order on the app, so I went into the store. Jessie very patiently helped me place my order and helped me to understand how the new app works, the promotion I was using, and the ordering process. Furthermore Jessie made the most impressive Pacific Veggie pizza I have ever received. I’ve always felt the amount of toppings from other stores were minimal. Her pizza is exactly what it should look like and absolutely delicious. Big thanks to everybody who works in the store to do a great job and care about what they do. 10/10 will be back.

  Everyone has always been kind at this location, however that goes by the wayside when I find a fake nail in my pizza. I warmed up a left over piece after getting home from work this evening and bit into a white tipped fake nail that was literally baked into the pizza. My family had this for dinner last night and munched on it today. Concerned that no gloves were worn at all while preparing food? Truly disgusted by this and can confidently say I can never go back to this location.

  I’ve ordered from this Domino’s for a long time and usually tip well, but the customer service has really gone downhill. My most recent order never arrived, and after walking around outside for 15 minutes looking for it, I had to call in. Instead of an apology or any acknowledgment of the issue, I was met with attitude and excuses like “well he’s our only driver,” as if that explained the missing pizza. I wasn’t rude at all — I just explained that the order wasn’t delivered — and the response I got made me feel like I was inconveniencing them for a problem I didn’t cause. This isn’t the first time delivery issues have happened here, but this was the first time the staff was openly dismissive about it. They did agree to remake the order, but honestly the customer service alone makes me reconsider ordering from this location again.

  $17.66 for a sandwich, 8 piece wings and $1.39 for 3 extra ranch. I got home and no ranch, not even the free one. Willard location
