My wife and I ate dinner here this evening and were not disappointed in any way. Our server, Sush was attentive and very friendly as well as clearly knowledgeable about the dishes. We shared the butter masala chicken and it was delicious. We also had chicken tikka samosas and onion veggie samosas and garlic naan. All over the food was very flavorful and an excellent value. We left satisfied and bought home enough for another meal. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

The food was fantastic! We ordered 2 different samosas, Chicken Tikka and Onion Vegetable. They were very tasty. The main course we shared was butter chicken, it was excellent and large enough that we had plenty leftover for another meal for both of us. We also had garlic naan to round out the meal. It was very tasty with a generous amount of garlic. Our waitress, Sush, was very pleasant and happy to answer our questions. We enjoyed the wonderful atmosphere and service that we didn't think to take pictures. We'll be back!

Chulah absolutely exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was unmatched — everyone was so welcoming and attentive, and the chef even came out personally to check on us and took a photo for our group which made the experience feel extra special. The food? INCREDIBLE. Everything tasted unbelievably fresh, flavorful, and high quality. You can truly tell they use fresh ingredients and put so much care into every dish. We literally could not stop ordering because every single thing was THAT good. The chicken tikka pizza was insanely delicious, the parmesan wings were perfectly crispy and packed with flavor, and the chicken tikka masala made WITHOUT cream was still rich, authentic, and one of the best I’ve ever had. The chicken kabobs were juicy and perfectly seasoned, and even the lassi tasted so fresh and refreshing. This wasn’t just a dinner — it was an experience. Amazing food, amazing service, and amazing people. Easily one of my favorite spots now and I’ll absolutely be back again and again. Highly recommend!

We had a good experience at Chulah. The staff was friendly and we did not have to wait too long for our food. Butter chicken and chicken 65 was delicious. We ordered it medium and it did have a kick to it but was great. For people who are worried about spice, I would stick with the mild option. Garlic naan was awesome as well. We're happy to come back here again!

This is my very first Google review EVER, because I feel compelled to share the wonderful experience my husband and I had at this restaurant on Sunday afternoon. To say it did not disappoint would be an understatement. My first encounter with Indian cuisine was a couple of years ago at Black Salt, which is phenomenal.  Since then, I’ve explored other Indian restaurants and have been so consistently disappointed that I gave up trying new ones and pledged my loyalty to Black Salt, which has been so successful and popular that you can't just go there on a whim and have to make reservations a week or two in advance for a Friday or Saturday night.  After our experience at Chulah, it dawned on me that if my first experience with Indian food had been based on one of those disappointing experiences instead of Black Salt, I would have likely decided that I didn’t like Indian food at all and never tried it again.  I wonder how many people believe that they don't like Indian food because of their first experience being at one of those disappointing establishments? I would definitely eat here again, in fact, I can’t wait to eat here again!  The service was excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious! I was particularly impressed by how tender and flavorful the shrimp was. What really set it apart though was how fresh it tasted. One suggestion for the restaurant owners would be to provide a guidebook alongside the menu for patrons like myself who are still getting acquainted with Indian cuisine. I consider myself an adventurous eater, and when I visit a new restaurant, I always ask the waitstaff for their personal recommendations, especially when I'm unfamiliar with the cuisine. All 3 dishes recommended by our waitress were outstanding and uniquely different. After placing our order, we asked to keep the menu because we were curious about all the different dishes. I found myself Googling menu items while we waited for our food to arrive, and I can’t wait to try even more in the future, which is why I think a detailed guide would be helpful. If you’re local and have never tried Indian food or have tried it and weren't a fan,  I encourage you to support this restaurant. They weren’t very busy during our visit, and I hope that doesn’t reflect their overall success since opening. It would truly be a loss for Wildwood to lose such a gem. Many restaurants in our area seem to fail rather quickly, and having patronized nearly all of those that did, I could see why they were not successful. This restaurant, however, stands apart and truly deserves our support. I can officially say that I have two favorite Indian restaurants now! It was SO good!!!!!!
